Returns

RETURN INFORMATION:

If you do not like a product, you can return it within 7 days.

1. Earrings and anklets are excluded from return.
2. We will gladly exchange rings that do not fit into the correct size. This service is free of charge.
3. If you want to return or exchange an item, please contact us by mail (info@adluxuryfashion.com) with your order number and details of the product you would like to return. We will gladly give you further instructions and information on how to return the item.
4. The goods must be returned to us within 7 days after receiving the order. Items returned beyond this period will not be accepted by us and will remain your responsibility.
5. All items must be returned to us in their original condition, in original packaging, unworn, unwashed and complete with original tags, labels and promotional items eligible for exchange or refund.
6. Any refund we make will be made using the same payment method with which the product was purchased.
7. Please allow 10 working days from when your return is tracked as delivered back to our UAE warehouse for us to issue you with your refund.
8. In the case of a return, the buyer bears the return costs, regardless of the value of goods. You can find more information about this in our cancellation policy, which refers to the new EU - consumer directive (valid since 13.06.2014).

Useful Note: AD Luxury Fashion is not responsible for returns until they reach our returns centers. Keep your proof of postage and send your return along with a tracking number, as we are not responsible for returns that are lost or stolen in transit.
